Site Facilities

In addition to comfortable cottage accommodation we have available a number of on site facilities designed to make your stay much more enjoyable.

Heading the list is a heated indoor swimming pool, size 7.9 x 4.2 metres, depth 0.9 - 1.8 metres. It features a swimjet system and includes a spa for up to 5 people. Available all year round, it is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm each day (open from 4:00pm on Saturdays to allow for cleaning). Children under 16 must be accompanied by adults. We do not provide towels for swimming pool use and ask that you bring your own. A firm favourite with our visitors is the rota system which ensures that each cottage gets exclusive use of the pool at set times.

Outside is a grassed area suitable for children to play on. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (small metered charge).

General store, post office and 2 pubs are located in Shipdham about 2/3 miles distance. Main supermarkets are in Dereham about 5/6 miles.

The cottages are adjacent to the owner's working alpaca farm and whilst access to the farm is restricted, tours can be arranged with the owner to meet the alpacas, subject to availability. They are a firm favourite with children and you can learn more about them and what we do with their luxurious fleece by visiting our dedicated website at www.azsualpacas.com.

We also have a shop named The Alpaca Barn which sells exclusive alpaca clothing, soft furnishings, knitting kits and yarns produced from our own alpaca fleece.
