Partridge Cottage self-catering norfolk holiday let - sleeps 6

Entrance to high-beamed lounge off which is a small hall leading to kitchen, family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, and lower level dining room.

3 bedrooms, all have co-ordinating soft furnishings:

  • 1 double with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin
  • 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin
  • 1 further twin with use of family bathroom

Freeview TV, DVD, Stereo radio/CD, WiFi, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer.

Separate patio area with picnic table. Ample parking.

Services: Full oil-fired central heating controlled by owner*. (autumn, winter & spring seasons: GBP50 per week, GBP30 short breaks, payable on arrival). Wood buring stove (winter season: free starter pack of wood and firelighters). Electricity, bed linen (duvets) and towels inclusive. Note that towels are for cottage use only - please bring your own towels for the swimming pool.

Cot or travel cot and high chair available on request.

Non smoking only. GBP50 damage deposit, payable on arrival.

Departure Time: Not after 10:00am
