• 1 double with en-suite shower room, vanity unit, basin and toilet
• 1 twin with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, basin and separate toilet

Freeview TV, DVD, Stereo radio/CD, Microwave, Fridge Freezer.

Picnic table. Ample parking.

Services: Full oil-fired central heating controlled by owner*. (autumn, winter & spring seasons: GBP40 per week, GBP25 short breaks, both payable on arrival). Wood buring stove (winter season: free starter pack of wood and firelighters). Electricity, bed linen (duvets) and towels inclusive. Note that towels are for cottage use only - please bring your own towels for the swimming pool.

Cot or travel cot and high chair available on request.

One well-behaved pet, by prior arrangement. Non smoking only. GBP50 damage deposit, payable on arrival.
